Furnace Pads
|
Furnace pads can be used to insulate the tops and sides of furnaces for additional energy savings, or to prevent a furnace or kiln from overheating a work space. They are typically installed and left in place for the life of the furnace. Typical materials are ceramic, silica, fiberglass, or silicone coated fiberglass cloths enclosing ceramic blanket insulation.
