Watteredge offers machining capabilities that enable us to provide cost effective and innovative solutions including aluminum and copper fabrication.
Our deep machining expertise is often used to deliver custom engineered solutions including complex machined product design and fabrication made to exact customer specifications.
We work with all types of metals including all grades of copper, aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel.
Our building space encompasses 75,000 sq. ft. with 60,000 sq. ft. dedicated to manufacturing. The machine shop area continues to have equipment added for CNC turning and milling operations as well as new punching and forming equipment to accommodate new work and customers for present day, flexible copper bus requirements.
We also have the ability to take samples or rough sketches and provide our customers with a finished CAD drawing including complete sets of technical drawings of all parts and assemblies prior to production. When reverse engineering obsolete or broken parts, we can provide detailed plans along with the new custom fabricated part.
Recent upgrades and remodeling to the ongoing expansion continues to streamline operations and add additional capabilities to offer more products and higher levels of service to existing and new customers.
