CNC Turning
Our CNC machine shop is equipped with CNC Lathes and turning centers to allow for the custom fabrication of highly specific and complex precision parts. We work with all types of metals including all grades of copper, aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel.
Watteredge's CNC turning capabilities has up to a 16" chucking capacity, which enables turning parts measuring up to 120 inches in length
We also have the ability to take samples or rough sketches and provide our customers with a finished CAD drawing including complete sets of technical drawings of all parts and assemblies prior to production. When reverse engineering obsolete or broken parts, we can provide detailed plans along with the new custom fabricated part.
CNC Turning Center Technology
Our CNC turning equipment features next generation technology for precision motion control that allows for high precision machining with reduced cycle times. Watteredge's larger horsepower equipment allows for a larger capacity without changing or expanding our current footprint.
The combination of engineering design and experienced CNC machinists give us the ability to handle all of our customers' unique custom fabrication and manufacturing needs, from low- to high-volume production and prototyping.
