Compact, Insulated Weld Gun Hanger Hook

Insulated hook assures that weld current will not be shunted through gun suspension cable, balancer unit and building steel to ground. Also adds protection should catastrophic failure occur, and primary voltage be applied to the weld gun.

The compact design (6 inches overall length) allows the weld gun to be raised higher than with insulator link systems. Tested to a tensile load of over 3,000 pounds and insulation integrity at a potential of over 800-volts. Rated for a working load of 600 pounds at a 50 volt potential.
