The robot shown handles both a kickless cable weld gun as well as a material handling unit.

The dress out package should be considered early in the planning stages of tooling lines. Unnecessary down time and money is often wasted replacing cables and hoses due to lack of proper robot dress out. The package featured is the photo below changed the maintenance required on this robot from once per shift to once in a three month period.
