Weld Flash Shields

Designed to slip over resistance welding electrodes. Shields contain weld flash which can be a serious safety hazard. They also eliminate flash build-up on tooling, parts and components. A friction fit maintains position of flash shield on electrode.

Standard size flash shields have a bell that extends approximately 1 1/2 inches. Mini flash shield bell is approximately 3/8” long and provides larger field of visibility for manual weld gun operators.
