Weld Quality Test Tool

A simple and economical chistle uniquely and specifically designed and forged for testing spotweld quality of sheet metal welds typically encountered in automobile and truck assembly plants. The 1/2” wide, sharp chistle points easily spread metal joints, to check for weld nuggets. “Hammer areas” on the test tool allow for concentrated application of force. These same hammer areas allow a convenient means to re-close spread joints after testing.
