High Temperature Furnace Insulation Pads

Watteredge insulating furnace pads are ideal for insulating the tops and sides of furnaces for additional energy savings, increased worker safety, or to prevent a furnace or kiln from overheating a work space.

Furnace pads are typically installed and left in place for the life of the furnace. We use high performance materials such as ceramic, silica, fiberglass, or silicone coated fiberglass cloths enclosing ceramic blanket insulation with temperature ranges from 1,200°F to 2,000 °F.
