Cable Clamps

Various types of Cable Clamps can be used in conjunction with the Boom Bar System or as stand alone components to secure and restrain cables and hosing. Each of these clamps can be ordered alone or with a variety of different cable clamp inserts by adding the proper suffix shown on the cable clamp insert page.

Solid Stand Off Bracket – KCCSLD

• Standard solid cable mount of a 2” riser. 3” x 3” steel base may be bolted or welded directly to fixture or weld tooling.

Swivel Stand Off Bracket – BBCC

• The swivel stand off bracket features a ball bearing swivel joint which allows complete 360° rotation without binding. This clamp may be mounted in any orientation and still maintain smooth rotational movement.

Pivot Swivel Stand Off Bracket – PSB

• In addition to allowing 360° of rotation, this base also allows up to a 70° pivot motion in all directions. If your application requires a solid clamp in an “in-between” orientation, this clamp may also be welded into a fixed position.

Slider Stand Off Bracket – KCSDSLD or KCSDSWV

• This cable clamp features thermoplastic rollers which allow for axial movement of the cable with minimal force and wear causing friction. This clamp can be ordered with a solid base or with the standard swivel base used in the swivel stand off bracket. Note: one size clamp fits cables from 300MCM to 650MCM.

2” and 2-1/2” 8 Point Adapter Bases – 9250 and 9255

• These steel bases allow the easy attachment of any of the above brackets to a 2” or 2-1/2” Boom Bar assembly. This design allows angular positioning of cable clamps in 45° increments.
