High Temperature Protective Materials
Applications designed high-temperature protective materials. Availability
of materials to protect to 3000 degrees F. Also protection packages to
meet abrasion, metal splash and radiant heat situations.

As shown, accordion style expanding and contracting sewn bellows. Available
in a wide array of fabrics, shown in aluminum fiberglass. Can also be
made with zippers for ease of installation. Typically used to protect
hoses and cables against high temperatures, abrasion, and metal splash.

Furnace
Curtain - This reheat furnace exit-door curtain is made of ceramic
blanket, silica cloth, and stainless steel welded mesh. Anchored in
place through the row of top grommets, it raises just high enough to
allow slabs to exit the furnace on to exit roller conveyors.
Windowed
Furnace Curtain - This furnace curtain has stainless frames to
hold glass windows to allow furnace operators to view the inside of
the furnace.
Silicone
and Mesh Curtain - This curtain is made of silicone coated fiberglass
covered with two layers of stainless steel knitted mesh. It is flexible
but has excellent abrasion resistance due to the protective mesh covering.
High
Temperature Furnace Pad - This pad is made of silicone coated fiberglass,
fiberglass fabric (bottom side) and ceramic blanket. It lays on top
of a furnace to protect hoses and maintenance personnel from heat.

Temperature Furnace Seal - This seal is made of Kelvar/fiberglass
blend tape and fiberglass rope. The rope end seals a furnace door,
while the remainder of the width provides a broad fastening flange.

Temperature Furnace Seal - This seal is made of silicone coated
fiberglass. All seams are made air-tight with RTV silicone sealant.
it allows flexibility between a furnace and metal ducting.
