Electrode Weld Test Force Gauge

Watteredge offers a custom designed digital electronic electrode force gauge that provides a quick and accurate method to measure electrode forces.

Our electrode weld force gauges enable the proper calibration of the weld electrode force for resistance welding machines, with an accuracy of+/- .5 percent.

The electrode force gauge weighs 4 pounds and is powered by six standard AA batteries. The unit reads in either pounds or kilograms (factory preset- please specify when ordering).

Electrode Force Gauges Specifications and Features

Standard features include a swivel and rotating head for ease of positioning, analog output jack and measurement range of 0-3000 pounds force.

Our force gauge will also withstand overloads of up to 4500 pounds without damage. Other configurations are available, including measurement in kilograms.

NOTE: Although our force gauge is designed to be used with the welder in the "no weld" mode, accidentally passing current through the sensing head will cause no damage, but the reading will be in error.
