Watteredge Attends Lorain County OhioMeansJobs Job Fair
On Wednesday, June 18th, Watteredge proudly participated in the Lorain County Job Fair, an event hosted by the Lorain County branch of OhioMeansJobs, a state-supported agency dedicated to helping Ohioans find fulfilling careers. OhioMeansJobs serves as a vital resource for job seekers across the state, providing support for veterans, individuals with families, and those looking to enhance their career paths. With offices in multiple counties, the organization offers specialized career services, resume help, training resources, and regularly hosts job and career fairs to connect local talent with employers.
Our Watteredge team attending the fair included Human Resources Assistant Jennifer Woodman, Human Resources Intern Nicholas Chalkias, and Digital Marketing Intern Ronald Hamm. Together, they proudly represented both Watteredge LLC and Erie Industrial Products, our sister company located in nearby Oberlin, Ohio. The team spent the afternoon actively engaging with job seekers, answering questions about our company, and sharing information about our open positions, workplace culture, and the exciting career paths available within both organizations.

The Lorain County branch of OhioMeansJobs will continue to have job fairs throughout the year. The next job fair will be on July 17th at the Lorain County OhioMeansJobs location from 1 to 4 pm. Watteredge intends to be there and hopes to see more job seekers and employers there and look forward to this upcoming event.
